The various Black & Caribbean cultural groups within Canada and Internationally are a vital part of our organization, as well as emminent Black & Caribbean Professionals and Cultural Leaders and Youth and Women, including religous organizations. These form the Advisory Council which advises the Executive Council.
Founded by Moses Madera and run by an Executive Board of Directors and assisted by an Advisory Council. Anyone interested in joining this Council is free to join.
