The Blacks Against Alcoholism & Addiction Program

BAAAP aims to expose the harm of addiction, the means to counter it and the ways to a cleaner, sober healthier Blackman/woman. Alcoholism and drug addiction has wrecked havoc in Canada, and more-so amongst the back folk. We aim to lift the cultural veil surrounding this via honest community dialogues, conduct scientific studies on the extent of this scourge and find measures, including therapy, treatment and other interventions. Our Youth and fathers and mothers are slowly “dying ”or been wiped out by this “hydra”-with jaws wide open to swallow the dignity and social fabric of the Black Fabric, especially the Black youth, aboriginals and other visible minorities. Something must be done.

This Project requires Funding.
